Always consult with a licensed physician before using any new product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout using the available payment methods. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States to jurisdictions where our products are legal. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays, incorrect address input, or lost packages once an order has shipped.

5. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has shipped. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at SweetReleafHoney@gmail.com with photos and your order number for review.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including logos, images, product names, descriptions, and design—is the property of Sweet Releaf Honey, LLC. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive your right to participate in a class action or class arbitration. An arbitrator may award the same relief a court could, but only on an individual basis.

If we are unable to resolve the issue within 60 days, either party may file for arbitration under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), available at www.adr.org.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.
