Cancellations & Subscriptions

Refunds: Due to the perishable and custom nature of our infused products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be considered in the case of a defective or damaged item reported within 72 hours of delivery. To submit a refund request, email us at SweetReleafHoney@gmail.com with your order number, photo evidence, and a description of the issue. All requests will be reviewed by our team before any resolution is offered.

Subscriptions: If you're enrolled in a subscription, you can cancel by logging into your account, navigating to the "Subscription" tab, selecting the subscription you want to cancel, and clicking "Cancel Subscription." You may also email SweetReleafHoney@gmail.com to request cancellation. All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment.

Please note: Subscriptions can only be canceled after the first recurring charge (your second order). The initial order is non-refundable and non-cancellable once processed.
