Refund & Shipping Policy

At Sweet Releaf Honey, each product is made fresh and crafted with care. Due to the perishable and custom nature of our infused honey, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped and delivered.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photo evidence. If approved, we may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location, order size, and service selected. All shipping fees and applicable taxes will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or losses due to incorrect address input.

We currently only ship to U.S. states where our product is compliant with local laws. Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted.
